This full-time internship runs for approximately 10 weeks during the summer and offers hands-on experience across multiple departments. Interns will gain exposure to manufacturing processes, administrative operations, and engineering project support, making this a valuable opportunity for those exploring career paths in industrial and office environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Support:Assist with assembly, material handling, and basic welding tasks under supervision.Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.Perform quality checks and support production line activities.Help maintain a clean and organized work area.Clerical SupportPerform general office duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and supply organization.Assist with scanning, copying, and distributing materials.Support internal teams with scheduling, communications, and project coordination.Engineering SupportAssist engineering staff with data collection, documentation, and project tracking.Help prepare materials for testing, prototyping, or process improvement initiatives.Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming or problem-solving sessions.Maintain organized records of engineering drawings, specifications, and revisions.QualificationsEnrollment in high school, technical school, or college program preferred.Ability to commit to a full-time schedule for approximately 10 weeks.Willingness to learn and follow safety and operational procedures.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are a plus.Interest or coursework in manufacturing, engineering, or business administration is helpful but not required.BraunAbility is an equal opportunity employer.
