Full Time RN LPN
Job Description
We are seeking a Pediatric RN or LPN to join our team! This Full-time position is during the hours of 7AM to 5PM, or 8AM to 6PM M-F. You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric patients. Responsibilities:Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patientsDiagnose and establish patient treatment plansMonitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behaviorCommunicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient careEducate patients about health maintenance and disease preventionFacilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilitiesMaintain accurate patient medical recordsProvide advice and emotional support to patients and their family membersQualifications:A minimum of 2 years of Pediatric Nursing experience (Desired but not required)Desire to care for medically complex childrenAbility to build rapport with patients and familiesStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentCompany DescriptionJumpStart Pediatric provides skilled nursing and therapy services to children who are medically complex and or medically fragile.
