This position plays a critical role in expanding partnerships with attorneys and legal professionals by clearly articulating the value of specialized legal services that support trial preparation and case success.DepartmentSingle Event SalesLocationRemote (Texas-based)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales and marketing approach to secure new business and expand existing relationships within the legal community.Build, leverage, and maintain strong relationships with key leaders, attorneys, and decision-makers in the legal industry.Proactively and independently conduct outreach to current contacts and new prospects across multiple channels to generate profitable referral-based business.Represent the organization at trial lawyer conferences, events, and seminars, actively promoting services and building brand presence.Own the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and deal progression using Salesforce.Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and activity tracking within the CRM system.Educate attorneys on the organization's services and how they support litigation strategy and case outcomes, with the goal of driving consistent referrals.Consistently meet or exceed sales targets established by leadership.QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant work experience.2+ years of experience across B2B sales activities, including cold calling, lead generation, and in-person office visits.5+ years of demonstrated excellence in customer service and client relationship management.Proven ability to source, develop, and close new client relationships independently.2+ years of experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.5-10+ years of experience selling within the legal services industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, including: Use of Excel filters and mail merge toolsAbility to independently create client-facing presentations and sales materialsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to legal professionals.Willingness to travel approximately 35% of the time, with flexibility for periods of up to 50% travel based on business needs.Benefits401(k) retirement plan with employer matchingComprehensive medical insurance coverageDental and vision insuranceParental leave to support work-life balanceShort-term and long-term disability coverage
