Senior FP&A Manager

Senior Manager of FP&ASalary: $150,000 – $175,000 + BonusLocation: Orlando, FL (On-site/Hybrid)About the OpportunityThis is an opportunity to step into a highly visible FP&A leadership role within a fast-growing, private equity-backed organization. As a Senior Manager of FP&A, you’ll act as a key business partner to executive leadership, helping drive financial insights, planning, and performance management across the organization.This role goes beyond reporting—it’s focused on analysis, influence, and supporting strategic decision-making.What You’ll Be Doing• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes• Build and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions• Prepare executive-level reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPI reporting• Partner with operations, commercial teams, and leadership to deliver actionable insights• Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to leadership• Support process improvements, reporting enhancements, and automation initiatives• Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistencyQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field• 7–10 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis• Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership• Experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments is a plus• Power BI or similar data tools experience is a plusWhat the Environment Is Like• High-growth, private equity-backed organization• High visibility with executive and VP-level leadership• Fast-paced environment with strong exposure across the business• On-site role with close collaboration across teamsWhy This Role May Be a Good FitThis role is well-suited for a finance professional who wants to move beyond traditional FP&A into a more strategic, decision-influencing position, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with direct access to leadership.
