Principal Associate, Data Scientist

This organization is a Fortune 200 company, leveraging cutting-edge machine learning and computing technologies to manage billions of customer records and improve financial lives.The Role Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that enhance customer interaction with their finances. Utilize a broad range of technologies, including PyTorch, AWS, Hugging Face, and LangChain, to extract insights from vast datasets. Become an expert in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to adapt and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for customer-facing applications. Develop machine learning and NLP models from design through to validation, and collaborate with engineering teams for scalable production deployment. Translate complex technical work into clear, tangible business goals for various stakeholders. Contribute to the cutting edge of GenAI, focusing on AI training, model evaluation, and monitoring generative models.What You'll Need Experience partnering with data scientists, software engineers, machine learning engineers, and product managers. Proficiency in leveraging technologies like PyTorch, AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, LangChain, Lightning, and VectorDBs. Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs), including adaptation and finetuning. Ability to build machine learning and NLP models through all phases of development and operationalization. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
