RN - Supervisor | Permanent RoleLocation: Brenham, TX 77833Assignment Duration: PermanentSchedule: 12 hr Nights | 07:00 PM - 07:00 AMGuaranteed Hours: 36Compensation: Based on experience.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver safe, quality patient care.Coordinate workflow and staffing to meet patient care needs.Monitor compliance with nursing standards, protocols, and policies.Ensure adherence to hospital and department-specific protocols.Serve as a resource and mentor to clinical staff; assist with training and development.Respond to emergencies and serve as a clinical escalation point.Foster a collaborative and respectful environment across teams.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and patient safety goals.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication with interdisciplinary teams.Required Qualifications:Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (minimum)Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experienceLicensure/Certifications:Registered Nurse (RN) - active licenseBasic Life Support (BLS) - current or must obtain within 30 days of hire or transferReady to take the next step?
