Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cartersville, GA for an Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer. In this role, you will provide essential support to project managers by assisting in the planning and coordination of construction projects. Responsibilities include managing schedules, overseeing project documentation, supporting procurement and expediting, coordinating with subcontractors, conducting inspections, and ensuring on-time delivery of materials and resources. You will also communicate progress and issues to stakeholders, helping to maintain quality, timeliness, and budget adherence throughout project execution. Qualifications Experience in Project Management and coordinating all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, and budget management.Proven skills in Expediting and Procurement, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services needed for projects.Knowledge of Logistics Management and proficiency in planning and tracking resources throughout project lifecycles.Capability in performing Inspections to identify and resolve on-site issues and ensure compliance with construction and safety standards.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant field is highly preferred.Familiarity with construction software and tools, such as project management software, is a plus.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
