Best in Business, Health Services About the Role As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will report directly to the CMO and be the top digital marketing leader, leading the development and execution of digital strategies, plans, and campaigns that drive measurable business results. Key Responsibilities:Lead digital marketing strategies and campaigns using modern, AI-enabled platformsGuide AI Search initiatives (AEO) to strengthen ABA Centers' visibility in AI-driven search ecosystemsDevelop and Manage digital marketing budgets across enterprise, subsidiary, and clinic levelsCultivate a "test-and-learn" culture focused on optimization and improvementOwn ROI measurement for all digital effortsLead and develop a team across SEO, SEM, PPC, email automation, and social mediaCollaborate cross-functionally to meet business goalsProvide insights into the digital client journey RequirementsEducation, Work Experience, and Other RequirementsBachelor's degree required; MBA preferred7+ years of relevant digital marketing experienceStrong analytical skills in planning and optimizing digital campaignsExperience with AI-powered marketing tools and automationUp-to-date knowledge of SEM trendsFamiliarity with marketing automation platformsClean background and drug screenings requiredWillingness to travel 10-15% Expertise NeededHighly responsive, urgency-oriented work styleStrong relationship-building and influencing skillsHighly organized and effective under pressureExperience managing and developing a marketing teamAbility to work with diverse stakeholders and senior executivesBenefits21 paid days off (15 days of PTO, which increases with tenure, plus 6 holidays).
