Bilingual Content Manager

The candidate selected for this role will be responsible for developing content strategies, producing content, and overseeing the social media community management for multiple clients and projects, as well as supervising the agency’s own channels and content needs. The Bilingual Content Manager has to collaborate with Copywriters, Designers, Art Directors, and various vendors under the supervision of the Creative Director. The position requires someone highly strategic and with a strong understanding of content formats and trends.A day in your life: Strategic Content Creation: Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance clients' brand presence and foster audience engagement across multiple channels.Bilingual Copywriting: Craft persuasive, action-driving copy in both English and Spanish. Design compelling storytelling strategies, transcreate scripts or concepts, and develop comprehensive content calendars for diverse clients and platforms.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure a consistent and unified message across all marketing channels.Audiovisual Production Oversight: Lead and supervise audiovisual productions, including radio spots, video content, and more. This could entail scriptwriting, coordinating with clients and vendors, casting, attending recording sessions, and providing detailed feedback to editors and vendors to ensure the highest quality output.Content Scheduling & Monitoring: Schedule and manage content distribution using Sprout Social (or a similar platform), oversee quality assurance processes, monitor performance, and compile comprehensive reports.Community Engagement: Develop Response Guidelines to ensure proactive, timely, and consistent community management, enhancing brand loyalty through meaningful interactions.Vendor Management: Build and maintain an internal database of audiovisual vendors, including recording studios, voiceover talents, casting agents, video production teams, editors, and other key contacts.Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest content trends, platform-specific best practices, and emerging formats to keep clients at the forefront of digital and social marketing.Audience & Market Analysis: Identify and analyze target audience behaviors, emerging market trends, and other relevant data to guide content creation and ensure its effectiveness across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and blogs.Process Management: Adhere to internal processes such as file organization, communication protocols, time tracking, and invoicing, ensuring smooth operational workflows.The must-have of a perfect match: Demonstrated writing and editing skills with eagle-eyed proofreading ability in Spanish and English.Previous agency experience or similar positions working as a Content Manager (3+ years).Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and has experience with Sprout Social or similar social media management tools.Graphic design and video editing capabilities are a plus.Bachelor’s Degree or similar title in marketing, journalism, or communications.Strong respect for and understanding of multicultural markets and diverse audiences, with a special focus on underserved and hard-to-reach communities.Consistent organization and strong attention to detail. Comfortable working with automated Project Management and cloud storage tools.Ability to multi-task and manage time-sensitive deadlines.¡Buena vibra!
