If you're someone who notices the little things, follows through, and cares about delivering great service, you'll thrive here.This is a part-time 20 hour a week onsite role located in our Nashville office on Music Row.What You'll DoKeep the office running in sync by maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked spaces.Own all things mail & shipping, ensuring packages and deliveries move quickly and accurately.Support the day-to-day flow by managing office equipment and jumping in to troubleshoot when needed.Help bring office moments to life by supporting eventsfrom ordering supplies to setup and breakdown.Stay ahead of inventory, keeping office and kitchen supplies stocked and ready.Maintain a safe, functional space, quickly flagging and following up on any issues (HVAC, appliances, etc.)Set the stage for new hires, preparing thoughtful, ready-to-go workstations and welcome touches.Be a friendly, go-to resource for the teamwhether it's finding supplies or solving a quick need.Jump in where needed to support the team and keep operations running smoothly.What You Bring1+ years of experience in a professional, fast-paced environmentA strong sense of ownership and pride in your work and environmentA customer service mindsetyou enjoy helping others and creating positive experiencesExcellent organization and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Comfort using Microsoft Office or similar toolsA proactive approachyou anticipate needs and take initiativeAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionOur Commitment to an Inclusive WorkplaceAt SESAC Music Group, we believe that great ideas come from a variety of perspectives and value the unique capabilities, experiences, and characteristics each employee brings.
