Hybrid Details: Onsite 3 consecutive days per monthDuration: 3 months to startJob DescriptionPosition is responsible for planning, reviewing, and controlling all activities and functions of the Clinical Solutions department, providing ongoing managerial, technical and motivational leadership while supporting the values and objectives of the organization.Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills required in a large, complex corporate Information System. The Clinical Solutions Director reports directly to the System Executive of Clinical Solutions. The Clinical Solutions Director applies management and technical skills in line with the values and goals of the org to ensure the efficient, effective and consistent delivery of high quality services.The Clinical Solutions Director is responsible for demonstrating a commitment to the Partners-in-Caring process by integrating both Behaviors and Operating Principles in all internal and external customer interactions. A track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional initiativesA consistently positive, solutions-oriented attitude and mindsetCustomer Service & PartnershipExperience leading teams through change, optimization, and stabilization effortsExperience overseeing the strategy and execution of 1 to many of the following areas: Population Health, Interoperability, Community Benefits, Research, Genomics, Care & Case Management, Outpatient Rehab (SMR), Post-Acute, Advanced Care at Home, and Patient ExperienceExperience with Epic or other EHRsHigh performing team member, cultural alignment, and general fitLeadership, strategy, and project managementSkilled at resource, capacity, and demand managementTechnical Acumen & Business AcumenMinimum Qualifications EducationBachelors degree in Computer Science, a clinical discipline or related field or equivalent experienceExperience / Knowledge / Skills10 years of industry training and increasingly responsible experience in managing large, complex corporate Information Systems and activitiesA working knowledge of mainframe, minicomputer, or microcomputer strategies, equipment and operating systems, development tools and methodologiesAdvanced application programming knowledge and skills experience in leading projectsIn-Depth technical knowledge and complex problem solving abilitiesExperience leading and mentoring team membersGood interpersonal skillsExceptional communication skills
