Server/Waiter

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. You will be responsible for managing guest relations and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, including OpenTable reservations. Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and food safety practices to assist guests in their selections. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Handle cash register transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in billing. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Assist with sales initiatives by upselling menu items and promoting specials to enhance guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and teamwork. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is highly desirable. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
