This is a 100% ambulatory role with a strong existing patient base, top-tier facilities, and a focus on quality, community-based cancer care.Position HighlightsOutpatient-only | No hospital or inpatient roundingBalanced hematology and oncology mixAverage 18–20 patients per day with MA and nursing supportModern infusion centers, on-site labs, imaging, and radiation oncologyMinimal call (1:7 rotation, phone only)Opportunity to participate in researchPotential leadership opportunity available with an annual stipendCompensation & BenefitsBase salary:$500K–$650K (DOE) |Annual potential:$700K–$800K+Sign-on / relocation bonus: Up to $25K5 weeks PTO + 7 paid holidays$5K CME stipendComprehensive benefits packaging including 401(k) employer retirement matchWhy Hilton Head?Enjoy 12 miles of pristine beaches, world-class golf, and year-round outdoor living.
