Health Center is seeking BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon - Spine to join its team. The Health Center boasts a talented and dedicated staff of 2,577 employees and an active medical staff of more than 200 medical staff members representing 28 specialties. We have extended campus locations in 10 communities and a homecare agency that cares for community members in 15 counties. We have developed a hospitalist program to ensure gold standards of care are used throughout the hospital. $875,000 + bonus based on RVU production $75,000 sign-on bonus $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3) Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning base salary) 33 days of time off 5 days + $6,000 CME annually 1:6 call Community, Facility and Organization: The Health Center provides a full range of acute-care, general services and home health services to approximately 357,000 residents of Coles and the surroundings 12 counties.
