This position is based in a cardiovascular testing environment and offers predictable hours, advanced imaging technology, and long-term career growth in a supportive, patient-focused setting. POSITION OVERVIEW Permanent, full-time direct hire role Day shift, Monday through Friday No call, no weekends, no holidays Cardiovascular-focused Nuclear Medicine department Advanced cardiac imaging technology Collaborative clinical team environment SHIFT DETAILS Schedule: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday No call No weekends or holidays COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Salary range: $76,523 to $114,795 annually, based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off starting day one Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually 403(b) retirement plan with employer match Career development and internal growth opportunities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform high-complexity cardiac nuclear medicine procedures Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education before, during, and after procedures Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including quality control and calibration Accurately document procedures, results, and radiation safety data Collaborate with cardiologists, physicians, and imaging staff Participate in quality improvement initiatives REQUIREMENTS Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or certificate in Nuclear Medicine or Radiologic Technology ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification, or certification eligible with completion within 6 months Indiana State Nuclear Medicine Technologist License BLS certification required One year of Nuclear Medicine experience preferred WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY This role is ideal for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist seeking stable weekday hours, a cardiac specialty focus, and long-term career growth with strong work-life balance.
