The Installation Team Member will be responsible for assembling and installing urban farming systems, including setting up structures, planting, and maintaining gardens. Additional responsibilities include working with team members to ensure timely and quality installations and addressing any issues during implementation. The role may also involve communicating with clients on-site and ensuring their satisfaction with completed projects.QualificationsFamiliarity with gardening, urban farming, or sustainable agricultureExperience with basic construction, installation techniques, or manual labor tasksAbility to work outdoors and lift moderate to heavy loadsExcellent teamwork and collaboration skills for on-site interaction with team membersStrong time management and organizational skills to ensure timely project completionKnowledge of or willingness to learn about sustainability, urban ecosystems, and green initiativesFlexibility to adhere to various weather conditions and adjust tasks as neededPrevious experience with urban farming or community development is a plusAccess to transportation within the Washington, DC area
