We partner with leading global companies to create solutions that connect automation with business enterprise systems including the Internet of Things (IoT) and Appliance Transaction Modules (ATM) for both Enterprise and Controller-level data exchange. Websitehttps://company.softing.com/us Softing Job ApplicationApply at the following link: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/f2786488cf674e70be4ab4273ab40815We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team to deliver products to our customers with the features they need, on-time and on-budget. This role includes planning, executing, and delivering projects that require collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams…both within Softing and to our customers. We need someone with experience in delivering technical products that combine embedded hardware, firmware, and software designs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. At Softing, how things get done is just as important as what gets done. As such, the successful candidate will be a world-class team builder and will foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork and honesty. Key Role & Responsibilities:·       Plan, execute, and deliver complex internal projects across engineering and operations teams·       Manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and timelines·       Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets·       Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Test, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations·       Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues and drive mitigation actions·       Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources through established change control processes·       Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to internal leadership and stakeholders·       Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and drive accountability for action items·       Ensure project deliverables meet defined requirements and internal quality expectations·       Apply company project management methodologies, tools, and reporting standards consistently·       Identify opportunities to improve project execution efficiency and delivery predictabilityMinimum Qualifications·       Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience·       Two to five years of experience in project management or related roles·       Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional internal projects·       Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)·       Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision·       Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills·       Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar)Desired Qualifications·       Experience managing technical or product development projects·       Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) efforts·       Familiarity with embedded hardware, firmware, or software development environments·       Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or progress toward certification·       Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or regulated environmentsPhysical requirements·       Minimal travel as required to support internal project activities·       Requires sitting, standing, and walking in an office or manufacturing environment·       Requires talking, hearing, and both near and far vision·       Lifting minimum 40 lbs Location:This is a hybrid position located in Knoxville, TennesseeSalary:$75,000 - $120,000Softing Job Application:Apply at the following link: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/f2786488cf674e70be4ab4273ab40815
