We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead overnight operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive safety, quality, and production excellence in a fast-paced injection molding environment.If you thrive on leading people, solving problems, and making an impact on the manufacturing floor, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do ? Lead and coordinate nightly production operations to achieve safety, quality, and throughput goals ? Supervise, coach, train, and develop production personnel ? Drive accountability and engagement across large production teams ? Support troubleshooting efforts on molding machines, molds, and production equipment to minimize downtime ? Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP requirements, and 5S initiatives ? Manage employee performance, onboarding, corrective actions, and workforce development ? Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve issues and improve processes ? Maintain accurate production reporting and shift documentationWhat We're Looking For? 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (experience leading 80–100+ employees strongly preferred)? Plastic injection molding experience highly preferred? Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting abilities? Proven ability to motivate teams and drive production performance? Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills? High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred?
