With 170 offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world's leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MRSH).A day in the life.As our Content Writer on the Business Support Group team, you'll:Produce well-researched, accurate, and compelling content to promote our products/services for publication online and in printManage the RFP response process, including preparing copy by identifying credible research sources, organizing material, writing preliminary drafts, factchecking, and ensuring grammatical accuracy to meet high-quality standardsWrite, edit, and proofread a range of employee communications, newsletters, and informational materials for internal distribution, ensuring clarity and professionalismDevelop competitive, research-driven content for multiple platforms, such as email marketing, videos, and blogs, by collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and managing projects through conception, approvals, and publicationApply experience in research-based writing to enhance the quality and credibility of contentDevelop relationships with internal stakeholders and team members to facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment of content with organizational goals and messagingOur future colleague.We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field preferred2-5 years of experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, Proposal/Grant Writer or similar roleExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated experience in research-based writing, including RFPs, grant writing, or scholarly research.
