This is a long-term opportunity for a professional, service-minded couple who takes pride in maintaining an exceptionally well-run household. The family maintains high standards and values discretion, loyalty, and consistency. Their current long-standing domestic couple is retiring after many years, and they are hoping to find the right long-term replacement to step into this important role. Children: Two children, ages 6 and 10 Home Size: Large private residence Pets: One mid-sized dog Household Staff: Live-in housekeeper also employed; collaboration and teamwork are essential ResponsibilitiesInterior Responsibilities (shared and/or designated by skillset)Daily detailed housekeeping and deep cleaning Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care Changing bed linens and maintaining overall household organization Family-style cooking and meal preparation Maintaining organization and provisioning of the kitchen and pantry Assisting with childcare for two school-aged children Supporting school routines and child-related tasks Collaborating respectfully with the existing live-in housekeeper who shares in housekeeping and childcare duties Exterior & Property ResponsibilitiesDriving children and running household errands Vehicle cleaning and upkeep Light property maintenance and general upkeep Assisting with the overall organization and smooth operation of the home Ideal Candidate & PersonalityThe ideal couple has significant prior experience working together in a private household and brings a strong service mindset with excellent attention to detail.
