LOCATION: Onsite, Hickory Creek, TXREPORTS TO: Director of Business DevelopmentTYPE: Full-Time; Non-ExemptDEPARTMENT: Showroom OperationsAbout the RoleGeneration Tux is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Senior Showroom Associate to lead our presence inside a well-established bridal salon in Hickory Creek TX. As the in-salon formalwear expert, you'll be the face of Generation Tux, guiding clients through their men's formalwear rental journey for weddings and special events. From walk-ins to scheduled appointments, you'll deliver exceptional service, provide expert style advice, and seamlessly connect the Generation Tux digital experience with an in-store, high-touch environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist both walk-in and appointment-based customers with a warm, professional demeanorGuide clients through style and fit selections, coordinating looks for grooms, groomsmen, and wedding party membersEducate customers on Generation Tux offerings, including Free Swatches, Free Home Try-On, and the Wedding Party Management toolSales & ConversionDrive bookings through one-on-one consultations and confident upsellingTrack leads, manage follow-ups, and support group coordination for larger eventsMeet or exceed individual performance and conversion goalsSalon PartnershipFoster a collaborative relationship with the bridal salon staff to create mutual successIdentify referral opportunities and promote in-salon visibilityMaintain all in-store displays, marketing materials, and garment samplesOperations & ReportingManage appointment schedules and digital tools for client records and reportingEnsure the space is clean, organized, and in line with Generation Tux brand standardsSupport logistical tasks, customer communications, and merchandise upkeepLeadershipServe as the on-site Generation Tux representative and point of contactAssist in onboarding or mentoring new associates, as neededRequirementsQualifications2+ years of experience in retail, formalwear, bridal, or luxury customer service preferredStrong commitment to punctuality and dependable attendance; this is an independent role requiring minimal calloutsExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyConsistently professional presentation and attire, aligned with company dress codeexpectationsAvailability to work weekends and peak seasonal periodsPassion for fashion, weddings, and delivering an elevated client experienceBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary, and Supplemental LifePaid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Texas's Earned Sick and Safe TimeEmployee DiscountsPosting StatementAt Generation Tux, we believe that our goal is to enable incredible lifestyle experiences during major life events.
