Get ready to unearth your true potential and dig into the exciting world of HEI Civil!We are looking to hire an experienced Laborer to join our Arizona team!Responsibilities:Clean and prepare construction site as neededLift heavy loads up to 70 poundsDig pits, trenches and foundationsRemove and properly dispose of debris and waste materialsLoad and unload supplies from trucks, both manually or by operating equipmentPerform all tasks in a safe manner by following all safety procedures on the job siteAttend daily safety meetings with crewUtilize proper lifting techniquesReport safety violations to Supervisor and/or Safety DirectorImmediately report any/all incidents to the Supervisor or Safety teamKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Basic understanding of construction principles and proceduresMust have physical strength and enduranceAbility to lift heavy materialsComfort working in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuationsEducation and Experience:Education: High school diploma/GED preferredExperience: 2+ years construction industry experience preferred
