Your focus will be on interior finishes, clean room systems, and high-quality construction execution.Key Responsibilities:Oversee execution of interior finishes including drywall, framing, wall systems, ceilings, flooring, and caseworkCoordinate and monitor clean room installation activities to maintain quality and compliance standardsManage finishing work across laboratories, office areas, and support spacesSupervise trade partners and ensure performance, safety, and quality expectations are metMonitor progress against schedule and identify risks or issues earlyMaintain strong documentation and communication with project leadershipEnsure adherence to safety protocols and participate in daily safety stand-upsSupport punch list completion and final inspection readinessContribute to a collaborative, team-oriented project cultureWhat We're Looking ForWe are seeking a field leader who is comfortable working in complex, high-quality construction environments and can confidently manage detailed finishing work.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Project Manager in constructionExperience overseeing interior finishes such as drywall, framing, casework, flooring, or ceiling systemsStrong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordinationCommitment to safety and quality on active job sitesAbility to work onsite full-time and support a consistent project schedulePreferred ExperienceCandidates with the following backgrounds will stand out:Clean room, life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or advanced manufacturing constructionExperience working on regulated or high-specification facilitiesExposure to projects with sustainability or certification goals (e.g., LEED or similar standards)Familiarity with specialized finishes such as epoxy coatings or controlled-environment constructionOSHA 30 certification or similar safety trainingWhy This Opportunity Stands OutHigh-visibility project with premium finishes and modern facility designCollaborative team culture focused on safety and shared successConsistent schedule and predictable workloadOpportunity to contribute to a landmark facility in a growing industry
