Key Responsibilities
Drive resolution of complex, high-value customer escalations threatening contract retention
Conduct technical and financial assessments to identify root causes of value gaps and create stabilization plans
Engage with customer executives to negotiate action plans and ensure effective corporate responses
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success Strategy, or Management Consulting in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven track record resolving multi-million-dollar escalations and achieving successful contract renewals
Expert understanding of the financial and operational impacts of enterprise software
Strong executive communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to drive cross-functional organizational change without direct authority
