Executive Assistant II
Terms of Employment• W2 Contract-to-Hire, 6 Months • This is a hybrid role 4 days/week primarily Canton and Merriweather and occasionally MetSquare.Overview: Work with a leading firm in the healthcare insurance industry supporting the EVP of Strategy and Growth. We are seeking a high-level Executive Assistant II to act as a critical partner to our EVP, managing the "calm in the storm" of a busy executive office. This role is essential for maintaining the EVP's internal and external engagements, ensuring they are prepared, organized, and effective in a high-stakes environment.Key Responsibilities:o Manage a complex, "competitive" Outlook calendar involving frequent rescheduling of internal leadership and external stakeholder meetings.o Triage and manage the EVP’s inbox, surfacing urgent items for approval and drafting polished external communications.o Maintain an external database of contacts, ensuring follow-up after conferences, speaking engagements, and regulatory meetings.o Provide high-touch on-site support, including preparing meeting materials, talking points, and printing documents.o Coordinate complex travel arrangements and process expenses accurately using Oracle.o Collaborate effectively with a network of EAs across the executive leadership team to align priorities.Required Qualifications:o Minimum of 7 years of experience specifically supporting C-Suite or Executive-level management.o Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level Outlook calendar management skills.o Proven ability to maintain extreme composure and professionalism in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.o Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills.o Experience working within a large-scale organization (500+ employees minimum).Preferred Qualifications:o Previous experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry.o Experience supporting executives who interact with government agencies, regulators, or public officials.o Hands-on experience using Oracle for travel and expense management.o Proximity to the Canton/Merryweather area for consistent on-site presence.________________________________________nTech is an equal opportunity employer.
