Job post summary Date posted: February 19, 2026 Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 / year Job description: Job Title: Data Analyst Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics & Reporting team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for data analyses requests from internal & external clients. You will support the development and execution of analytics, provide data-driven strategic insights, and create customized analytic approaches in a pharmacy benefits setting. This role supports SGRX’s operations, and other internal departments, by developing and delivering complex analytical needs, including quarterly performance reviews and ad hoc client inquiries. Additionally, as a Data Analyst, you will support strategic decision-making processes to optimize our services. Key Responsibilities: Report and data extract development, revision, testing, implementation, and documentation creation. Pull data to develop recurring or one-time reports as requested by customers. Establish and maintain KPIs used to measure the effectiveness of SGRX business performance/decisions. Collaborate with other reporting team members in the collection and analysis of SGRX and Client data for reporting purposes. Work with internal and external teams to identify opportunities for improvement in data quality, accuracy and availability. Perform supporting data integration/extraction and data modeling activities. Achieve and maintain proficiency in currently used reporting/analytic tools, through internal staff training, self-guided tutorials, and daily exposure to individual product feature sets. Maintain strong knowledge and experience with data reporting tools including Microsoft PowerBI platform, Snowflake, SSMS etc. Maintain strong knowledge of productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). · Perform other duties as requested. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with appropriate coursework required. Minimum of 3 years of Power BI experience. Development experience using SQL, Snowflake, DAX, M or other development languages. Experience using Microsoft Power BI Data flows to create and automate dashboards and extracts. Ability to create and successfully implement report programs for automation. Business Intelligence experience in developing database queries/reports, dashboards and analyzing data - ideally healthcare related. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines. Team player with a “can do” attitude & ability to work on assignments independently. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical data issues. Healthcare and Rx/Medical Claims Processing experience is strongly preferred. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach in identifying and mitigating data concerns. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with technical and compliance teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team environment. Commitment to maintain confidentiality and continuous learning in healthcare data.
