Foundation Specialist LLC is a commercial and residential concrete contractor for new construction.. Foundation specialist specializes in Foundation Footings, walls, flatwork, water detention vaults, post tension slabs or retaining walls that are managed by experienced crews and overseen by Project manager experts. In great need of Foundation Workers & Laborers. Must have your own hand tools. No less than 3 years experience. Wage depends on experience. Requirements: A strong work ethic and desire to learn residential/Commercial carpenter skills. Understand and follow safety policies and procedures. Work with material such as metal, wood, plastic, drywall, and concrete. Utilize tools such as saws, drills, hammers, nail guns and other power tools and various hand tools. Able to join material with nails, screws and bolts. Able to work on ladders and high levels. Build and repair, walls, floors and roofs of structures. Perform set up and daily clean up tasks at job sites. Able to carry heavy material or structure. Qualifications: Must have own tools. no less than 2 years of experience in carpentry or construction work. Must have transportation to work each day. Must be able to pass a drug test.
