Construction Superintendent

A well-established and reputable construction firm is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join its team. This organization values integrity, quality workmanship, and innovation, and is looking for a strong field leader who is passionate about safety, problem solving, and delivering high-quality projects What You'll Do The Construction Superintendent oversees all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with plans and specifications. Key responsibilities include:Leading and supervising field staff and daily operationsCoordinating subcontractors, trades, and vendorsActing as liaison between field teams and project managementManaging schedules, materials, and workforce planningResolving construction challenges and maintaining productivityMonitoring project budgets and resource allocationEnsuring compliance with safety standards (OSHA)Maintaining documentation and reportingReviewing submittals and issuing RFIsSupporting quality control and project planning effortsMentoring and developing field personnel Qualifications10+ years of construction industry experience5+ years in a supervisory roleStrong background in commercial construction (general, industrial, or restoration)Hands-on experience in trades such as concrete, masonry, carpentry, or site workAbility to read blueprints and manage site layout and gradesStrong scheduling and project coordination skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Procore, Sage/Timberline, or Microsoft Project is a plusValid driver's license with insurable recordAbility to pass background screeningWillingness to obtain OSHA 30 and CPR certification Benefits - Compensation $85,000- $120,000 ( DOE - Full Benefits + PTO - Car allowance + Gas Card - 401K , Medical, Dental, and Vision
