DeLaval is looking for a Process Engineer in Chillicothe, MO to enhance rubber molding processes and guide Process Technicians. You will play a key role in improving plant efficiency and quality while managing multiple projects.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 5 years of experience in rubber/plastics injection molding, along with a solid understanding of molds, processes, and lean manufacturing. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.
