Network Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Provide network engineering support for the design, documentation, implementation, maintenance, and operation of an evolving network architecture.• Manage network architecture, including operational and security-related updates and changes.• Lead the deployment planning and coordination of network system upgrades at various field sites.• Interface with Tier 2 support to assist with coordination and issue escalation.• Provide briefings and regular status updates to program leadership on network-related issues.• Drive improvements by providing valuable requirements for network enhancements.What You'll Need• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field with 8-15 years of relevant experience.• Active and current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in network infrastructure.• Extensive experience with specific vendor SSR architecture and configuration.• Expertise in SD-WAN technologies and implementation.• Proficiency in specific vendor operating systems.• Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).• Experience with network virtualization and software-defined networking.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($92,300 - $166,850) plus bonus potential.• Opportunity to work on a critical defense network program.• Collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals.• Contribute to the design and implementation of advanced network solutions.Apply via Haystack today!
