Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, and develop new business opportunities. Client Engagement: Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings, presenting the benefits of our products/services. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs. CRM Management: Accurately document and manage all sales activities using our CRM system to track leads and customer interactions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to meet and exceed sales targets and company goals. What We’re Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (recent graduates are welcome to apply). Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor. Drive & Motivation: Self-starter with a strong desire to learn, achieve, and grow in a competitive sales environment. Customer Focus: A passion for helping customers solve problems and a genuine interest in their success. Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems; willingness to learn new technologies is a plus.
