As a Dispatcher, you will dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location. You will schedule and monitor the technicians' schedules daily. You will contact customers to confirm appointments, contact technicians to confirm arrival times, and coordinate with other departments. This position is full time and requires working a varied schedule and rotating weekends.

Do I Have What It Takes?
1+ years of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry
Varied schedule with rotating weekends required
Hours range between 7am-7pm
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
Experience with Service Titan is a plus
