As a Dispatcher, you will dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location. You will schedule and monitor the technicians' schedules daily. You will contact customers to confirm appointments, contact technicians to confirm arrival times, and coordinate with other departments. This position is full time and requires working a varied schedule and rotating weekends. What's In It For Me?
