Pool Manager – Summer 2026 | Aquatech Management Join Aquatech Management for an exciting opportunity as a Pool Manager this pool season! We are currently hiring for the following locations: Massapequa, NY Pool Season: Mid May through Labor Day (Indoor facilities are available for those balancing work and school commitments after the season ends) MUST have prior pool experience. Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and proactive Pool Manager to oversee daily operations at our pool facility. This position is responsible for supervising a team of lifeguards and a porter, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, and enforcing all pool safety rules and regulations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational and communication skills, dedicated to maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests and staff. Key Responsibilities: Supervise lifeguards and porter staff Ensure all assigned tasks (e.g., cleanliness, maintenance, chemical readings) are completed daily Monitor pool activity and enforce facility rules and safety guidelines Act as point of contact for conflict resolution or incidents at the pool Maintain proper CMMS reports and daily checklists Ensure all staff comply with health and safety protocols Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally Qualifications: Prior supervisory or pool management experience required Current Lifeguard Certification (preferred) CPR/AED and First Aid certification (preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to remain calm in high-pressure or emergency situations Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
