Operations Manager – Lake and Landscaping Maintenance

We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead and support daily field operations for our Central Texas branch. This role is responsible for overseeing crews, scheduling work, maintaining service quality, managing equipment and resources, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
