Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager, the ARM position plays a key leadership role within Hudson River Services, managing day to day operations of assigned commercial cleaning accounts throughout the borough of Manhattan. At times the ARM may be required to assist managers or be assigned projects in other regions/boroughs.Compensation Package: $66,300 per year plus a very generous and comprehensive Benefit package. See additional Benefit information below.Essential Responsibilities:Manage and track all site specific scope of work and budgetary constraintsManage labor hours, worker schedules, periodical schedules, and back up laborPerform quality insurance inspections of assigned accountsManage/monitor budgets, and order supplies and equipmentMonitor and manage staff PTOManage and resolve customer service issuesTrain staff on proper cleaning proceduresComplete weekly payrollConduct annual performance reviews with staffCollect/track all monthly billing requirementsKeep accurate files on all subordinatesLead by exampleQualificationsMust have 5 years of supervisory experienceMust have commercial cleaning experienceMust be able to work a flexible work schedule, including at times evenings and/or weekendsMust have a High School Diploma/GED (College preferred)Must have good verbal and written communication skills.Must be well organized, highly motivated, and proactive.Must be a professional with an analytical capacity.Must have a valid driver's license and own a vehicleAHRC New York City is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
