Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you’ll make an impact in this roleLead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every intervention aligns with the highest safety standards and organizational protocols.Monitor and communicate real-time patient status to the care team, enabling swift, life-saving clinical decisions.Coordinate care efforts across multiple specialties, acting as the central hub between hospitalists, cardiologists, and NPs to provide a seamless, high-quality patient experience.Execute advanced clinical skills, including cardiac drip titration and ACLS protocols, to provide expert-level support for our most high-acuity patients.Manage the full discharge process, ensuring patients and families transition from the unit with clarity and confidence.What Minimum Requirements You’ll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider preferred.
