We are proud of our legacy and excited about the future, and we’re looking for a dedicated Large Construction Project Salesperson to help us continue our journey of success.Job DescriptionAs a Preventative Maintenance Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving IMCOR's growth by managing relationships, closing sales, and promoting our HVAC and plumbing services. Your responsibilities will include:Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals for HVAC and plumbing maintenance agreements.Create scope specific estimates and accurate proposals to ensure clients’ needs are met or exceeded. Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing account management with the focus of earning residual service work. Efficiently schedule job walks and promptly provide maintenance agreements timely manner.
