Housekeeping Supervisor - Limelight Mammoth The Housekeeping Supervisor helps maintain high levels of cleanliness within guest rooms and public areas through inspection, reporting, and cleaning. The Housekeeping Supervisor also helps train and manage staff. This position reports to the Director of Housekeeping.Applications for this position will be accepted until June 14, 2026.Help train and manager housekeeping staffBrief housekeeping staff on events, occupancy of the day, and the cleaning focus of the dayProvide housekeeping staff with necessary tools to complete cleaning assignmentsMonitor the speed of housekeeping staff to ensure all duties are completed in a timely mannerMake housekeeping boards with the cleaning focus of the dayInspect rooms and public areas for overall cleanlinessMaintain constant communication with front desk about early arrivals, late departures, and room requestsStay abreast on occupancy of the day, departure and arrivals, event(s) of the day, VIP rooms, special requests, and guest reviewsAssist in cleaning rooms and public areas as neededOther duties as assignedHigh School Diploma or equivalent required2 years of management experience preferred5 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience preferredProficient knowledge of industry trends and best practicesProficient knowledge in company policies and proceduresDetailed knowledge of internal processes, workflows, and decision-making protocolsProficient knowledge of employee management strategies, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution techniques.Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts effectively to maintain team cohesionSkill in assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengthsSkills in coaching and mentoring team members to help them grow professionallyProficiency in planning, managing, and executing projects within scope and deadlinesAbility to handle difficult customer interactions and ensure high levels of satisfactionAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously without sacrificing qualityAbility to communicate in English and SpanishAbility to reach, crouch, kneel, stand or be on your feet, kneel and bend for extended periods of timeRegularly work in adverse conditions and required to use protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials as well as an office environment and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfacesMust be able to frequently lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)Health, Dental and Vision Insurance ProgramsFlexible Spending Account ProgramsLife Insurance ProgramsPaid Time Off ProgramsPaid Leave Programs401(k) Savings PlanOther company perks
