The Administrative Coordinator is an essential part of the Fleet Services team as the individual in this role is responsible for a variety of duties such as: · Inventory control and purchasing of Fleet Services parts and supplies · Maintenance inventory and issuance of small power tools · Painting facilities vehicles and equipment · Cleaning and washing vehicles and general housekeeping functions. Competitive Pay and Benefits: This position offers a competitive pay range starting at $21.82 per hour which is Step 1 of the Keene City Employee's pay schedule. The maximum hourly rate for this position is $27.19 per hour which is Step 6 of the pay schedule. Employees may reach Step 6 of the pay schedule after successful annual reviews with opportunities for pay increases. Order and track use of fuel oil and gasoline.Receive and inspect shipments of ordered parts.Monitor inventory; daily. Prepare annual inventory.Maintain neatness and general order of stock room.Maintain mechanic work sheets and process mechanic work tickets.Maintain data history file of Fleet Services vehicles.Prepare billing for services rendered.Answer telephones and monitor radio.Possess thorough knowledge of automotive parts and systems.Assist in the purchasing; inventory and issuance of small power tools and equipment.Assist in the management of the City's pool car system including the monitoring of schedules; maintenance; and issuing of vehicle keys.Administratively oversee fuel purchases and consumption.Other duties as assigned.This position is subject to stand-by duty and call-back during non-regular working hours; weekends; and holidays.Paint facilities; vehicles; and equipment; as required.Clean and wash vehicles.Perform general housekeeping functions.
