The Capacity Representative will be responsible for managing shipments, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring timely and efficient transportation services. This role involves maintaining relationships with carriers, optimizing freight movement, and providing exceptional customer service.QualificationsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesKnowledge of transportation logistics and supply chain managementExperience in coordinating shipments and managing carrier relationshipsProficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics softwareAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPreferred- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field$45,000 base salary + uncapped commission
