The Nurse Supervisor assists in administering, directing and coordinating all activities of nursing services to ensure meeting the nursing needs of the residents.Schedule - Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pmResponsibilities include:Make daily rounds to all nursing units, ensuring that all staff are present, supplies are stocked and readily available and the unit is running smoothly.Visit and follow-up with families and elders reviewing clinical records, documenting and communicating as appropriate, being proactive with family communications.Provide oversight for healthcare infection control, ensure staff are following proper policies and procedures, conduct infection control in-services for staff and answer questions.Assure accurate and complete nursing documentation by regularly reviewing documentation in the EMR; following up with staff to complete documentation and provide education as needed.Assist in maintaining the department in full compliance with Federal, State and local regulations.Perform other duties as needed.We offer:BCBS- 3 different plans to choose from!Well onTarget wellness programs, tools and resources to manage your health including the Blue365 discount programs on health-related products, health/fitness clubs and weight loss programsHDHP Preventive Drug List - $0 drugsWellWorks for You interactive wellness program in which participant earns points for rewards of $25, $50, $100.Livongo eligible members get help managing chronic conditions likes diabetes and hypertension.
