Department: TwistingShift: Night Shift – 6:00 AM to 6:00 PMPay Rate: $16.00The Twisting Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring twisting machines into finished products. This role ensures production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesOperate twisting machinery to produce finished materials according to specificationsSet up machines, including adjusting speed, tension, and alignment as requiredLoad raw materials (fiber, yarn, wire, etc.) and ensure proper feeding into machinesMonitor production processes to ensure consistent product qualityInspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standardsRecord production data, including output, downtime, and defectsPerform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on equipmentConduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinesFollow all safety procedures and company policiesCollaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goalsComplete other tasks as assigned by the Shift Supervisor and Lead OperatorPlayCore and its family of brands considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, marital or veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
