You have strong analytical chops, a creative mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced agency setting. You're passionate about driving results and collaborating across teams.What You’ll DoDevelop the strategic direction of paid media advertising accounts on multiple platforms including Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and/or Amazon for a variety of clientsArticulate strategy both verbally and through written communication to the account management team and client POCsCreate new ad campaigns, ad groups, and ad accountsAnalyze ad campaign performance, diagnose issues affecting performance, and make necessary adjustments to achieve client goalsPerform regular campaign maintenance with an aim to deliver on client goals and provide a high quality of work.Conduct research on keywords, audience demographics, and competitorsGenerate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), conversions, revenue tracking, and other aspects of paid media advertising.Provide creative ad copy and display ad templatesResponsible for monitoring staffing & resourcing needs within designated portfolio of clientsActive mentorship, management, and coaching of direct reportsAccountable for fostering a positive team environment and embodying our shared values of Candor, Community, Curiosity, and Can Do.Keep pace with paid media advertising and digital marketing industry trends and developmentsQualificationsWhat you’ll bring:3–5 years of paid media experience (agency experience preferred)Expertise in Google Ads (Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube), Meta Ads ManagerProficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysisStrong understanding of digital measurement strategies (conversion APIs, Floodlight tags, GA4 setup, etc.)Excellent communication and presentation skillsProven track record of campaign optimization and measurable resultsPreferred:Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics certificationsExperience with platforms like Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Amazon AdsFamiliarity with tools like SEMrush, Keyword PlannerWhat We Offer - The PerksA work environment that enthusiastically encourages creativity, risk-taking, and growth.Paid HolidaysPaid vacation and sick timeWe are closed Christmas Eve through New Year's DaySolid Health Benefits (medical, dental, and vision insurance)401k Match Equity for All ProgramOpportunity for growth that is second to none in the industryFlexible working hoursPaid time offFloating holidayAnd more….Here’s How We Live Our Values At AcadiaCan-do: We dedicate ourselves to helping our clients and co-workers reach their fullest potential.
