Infant Room Teachers
Infant caregivers care for babies during their first year of life. They provide for the physical, emotional, developmental and social well-being of infants.
Must:
be positive and patient
Provide a clean and safe environment.
clean up any messes made by the infants, especially after mealtimes
keep accurate records about the infant's daily activities
attend to every physical need of infants in their care
be involved in the physical development of the infant by being vigilant for signs of developmental milestones
encourage the child to form words, recognize pictures and mimic sounds and songs
needs strong social skills to interact appropriately with parents
must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
must be able to bend, stoop, and carry children up to 50lbs.
must be able to participate in mild-moderate vigorous activity with children.
must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
must be able to pass a background
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
