The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact paid acquisition strategies, with a focus on SEM and UGC ads, across various platforms. This role demands a strategic and data-driven approach to scaling up spend and driving engagement and conversions. The Head of Performance Marketing will also be instrumental in analytics and reporting, using tools to track performance, identify high-value segments, and reduce churn. Team leadership is a key aspect of the position, including mentoring marketing team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.To excel in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing, with at least 5 years specifically in leading performance marketing for consumer apps, eCommerce, or D2C brands. A proven track record in paid ad and UGC ad campaigns, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, is essential. Experience in a tech startup environment and a strong background in managing substantial paid search or social budgets are also required. The ideal candidate will have a history of successfully scaling paid marketing and achieving ROI efficiency, as well as experience in scaling organic traffic through content and SEO.
