Position Overview TCMG is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand a high-performing life insurance sales team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who excels at team development, recruiting, and performance management, and who is motivated by both financial upside and mission-driven work.
