Java Developer

Role –Java Developer Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite) Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills• 10+ years of experience in Java development, • Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Java 8/11+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices development. • Experience developing and supporting applications for Equities Trading, Electronic Trading, OMS, EMS, or Trade Processing platforms. • Strong understanding of Equities Trading workflows, trade lifecycle, order management, execution, allocation, and settlement processes. • Experience working with real-time market data, trade data, and event-driven architectures. • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating with upstream and downstream systems. • Hands-on experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, JMS, RabbitMQ, or similar. • Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, performance tuning, and scalable application design. • Experience with Linux/Unix environments and source control tools such as Git. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization technologies. • Proven experience working in an Agile development environment. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
