About the Opportunity:The Mental Health Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting patients, clinics, physicians, and medical staff by managing complex inquiries related to genetic testing services. This position ensures accurate coordination of testing processes and helps patients understand insurance coverage and test procedures, contributing to a smooth and informed patient experience.3. Responsibilities:• Review test request forms and documentation to ensure accurate and timely testing.• Coordinate with healthcare providers to complete required documentation and sample submissions.• Verify insurance eligibility and benefit levels.• Communicate with patients about insurance benefits, test information, process, and turnaround time.• Spend approximately 60-80% of time on phone interactions.• Manage assigned work independently while meeting production and quality metrics.• Collaborate across departments including technology, revenue cycle, sales, and labs to handle orders and billing promptly.• Identify issues and trends, collaborating with team and leadership to develop best practices.• Participate in Quality Assurance activities.• Comply with relevant CLIA and HIPAA regulations.4. Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year relevant experience, or associate/bachelor’s degree.• Spanish fluency preferred.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Typing proficiency preferred.• Excellent listening, transcription, and self-review skills.• Experience with PC applications including Excel, Word, Internet, and email.• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.• Strong organizational and task management skills.• Problem-solving ability and pattern recognition.• Team-oriented and supportive work approach.5. Requirements:• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field• Five or more years of software development experience• Proficiency with bash and Python scripting in Linux environments• Experience with Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts• Professional experience with at least one major cloud provider, preferably Google Cloud Platform• Familiarity with web crawlers and large-scale data processing workflows is a plus• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities• Strong written and verbal communication skills5.
