Utilizing LEGO® bricks as a hands-on learning tool, the organization offers programs designed to ignite children’s creativity and teach STEM concepts through interactive projects. Located in Texas, the Bricks 4 Kidz location in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is committed to delivering high-quality programs to local communities during the summer and beyond. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Summer Student role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Responsibilities include leading and facilitating educational programs for children using LEGO® bricks and STEM concepts, ensuring a fun and safe learning environment. Additional tasks may include assisting in program planning, setting up and organizing materials, managing a group of children with enthusiasm, and supporting special events or summer activities. The role requires interaction with children, parents, and team members, fostering a positive and educational atmosphere for all participants. Qualifications Experience working with children, such as in teaching, tutoring, or childcareStrong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skillsCreativity and problem-solving abilities, particularly in hands-on educational activitiesOrganizational and time management abilities for planning and executing activitiesEnthusiasm for STEM education and hands-on learning methodsFlexibility and ability to adapt to a dynamic environmentPrior experience with LEGO® bricks or similar hands-on educational tools is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed coursework in education, child development, or related fields is beneficial
