Executive Administrative AssistantThe Clint Wilson State Farm Agency is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, positive Executive Administrative Assistant to help support the daily operations and continued growth of our agency. This is not a typical assistant role. We are looking for someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems independently, manage moving pieces, and help create organization and efficiency so leadership can focus on serving customers, developing the team, and growing the business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, optimistic, adaptable, and able to work with many different personalities while keeping operations moving smoothly behind the scenes.
